These Terms of Sale (hereinafter the "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between:

The purpose of these Terms is to define the conditions under which Delta-One Capital Sàrl provides its OpenClaw installation and management services to the Customer.

By placing an order, the Customer unconditionally accepts these Terms.

OpenClawPro offers professional installation, configuration, security auditing, and management services for OpenClaw (an open-source personal AI assistant) on VPS (Virtual Private Server) infrastructure.

OpenClaw is open-source software distributed under the MIT license. OpenClawPro is an independent technical service provider — we are not the publisher or author of OpenClaw.

Prices are in USD and exclusive of any applicable taxes.

OpenClawPro offers a marketplace of Skills (add-on modules) for OpenClaw, including in particular trading automation Skills.

Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the following payment methods:

For the Managed plan, billing is monthly via Stripe automatic charge. The subscription can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

We store no payment data on our servers. All payment data is processed directly by Stripe or Coinbase Commerce.

The Self-Hosted Starter and Pro installations and the first month of the Managed plan come with a 14-calendar-day money-back guarantee from the date of installation completion. If you are not satisfied with our service, for any reason whatsoever, we will refund you in full, with no conditions and no justification required.

To request a refund, simply contact us at [email protected] with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

The guarantee applies to the Starter and Pro plans and to the first month of the Managed plan.

Delta-One Capital Sàrl agrees to:

Our obligation is one of means (best efforts). We do everything in our power to achieve the expected result but cannot guarantee specific outcomes related to third-party AI model performance.

To the extent permitted by applicable Swiss law, Delta-One Capital Sàrl shall not be liable for:

• ·The performance, availability or interruptions of third-party AI models (Claude, GPT, Gemini, etc.)
• ·Downtime or interruptions of the Customer's VPS provider (Starter and Pro plans)
• ·Data loss resulting from misconfiguration by the Customer
• ·Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
• ·Financial losses of any kind related to the use of trading Skills or any other automation tool
• ·Actions or omissions of third-party service providers (Stripe, Coinbase, hosting providers, etc.)

OpenClaw is open-source software distributed under the MIT license. Its intellectual property belongs to its respective authors and contributors. OpenClawPro is not the publisher of OpenClaw.

The website www.openclawpro.ai, its content (texts, visuals, the "OpenClawPro" brand), as well as our proprietary configurations, methodologies, guides and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Delta-One Capital Sàrl and are protected by Swiss and international intellectual property law.

The Customer's data remains their property at all times.

Starter and Pro plans: These are one-time service plans. The contract ends upon delivery of the installation, subject to the 14-day guarantee.

Managed plan: The subscription may be cancelled at any time with no notice required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. Upon cancellation, the OpenClaw installation remains functional on the VPS but managed services (monitoring, updates, priority support) cease. We provide migration assistance if the Customer wishes to self-host.

Delta-One Capital Sàrl reserves the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect in the event of a material breach of these Terms by the Customer.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to the formation, interpretation, performance or termination of the contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Swiss courts, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably before initiating any judicial proceedings.

In the event of a dispute or complaint, the Customer is first invited to contact Delta-One Capital Sàrl to seek an amicable resolution.

We commit to handling any complaint within 15 business days and to proposing a satisfactory solution. Failing an amicable agreement within 30 days, each party may refer the matter to the competent courts.
