Hummingbot is a powerful open-source crypto trading bot, but getting it deployed safely, connected to your exchanges and tuned to a real strategy is an engineering job in itself. We do that part for you: a hardened Docker deployment, least-privilege exchange keys, the strategies you choose, risk limits and alerting, so you run a serious bot without wrestling Docker, exchange APIs and config files.
This is a technical setup and operation service, not an investment product. You keep full custody of your keys, your funds and your bot. We do not trade for you, and we do not guarantee profits.

Hummingbot is powerful, and genuinely painful to run well
Hummingbot is free and highly capable, but production-grade deployment is where most traders lose days. The friction is real, and every piece has to be right:
Docker deployment and uptime. Hummingbot ships as Docker containers. Getting it running, surviving reboots and staying alive 24/7 on a server is real DevOps, not a one-click install.
Exchange API keys and permissions. Every exchange has its own API model. Set the wrong permissions and you either can't trade, or you expose withdrawal rights you never meant to grant.
Gateway for DEX trading. On-chain and DEX strategies need Hummingbot Gateway, wallets and RPC endpoints wired up correctly, a second moving part that has to be secured too.
Strategy configuration and tuning. Market making, cross-exchange and arbitrage strategies each have dozens of parameters: spreads, order levels, inventory skew. Misconfigure them and the bot behaves nothing like you intended.
Monitoring, alerts and kill-switches. A bot running unattended needs alerting, sane risk limits and a fast way to stop it. Most setups skip this until something goes wrong.

Risk parameters and kill-switches
Sensible risk limits, inventory bounds and a clear way to pause or stop the bot fast, so it never runs further than you intend.

Status, fills and error alerts routed to Telegram, or the channel you prefer, so you always know what the bot is doing.
Walkthrough and handover
A live walkthrough so you understand the setup and can operate it yourself, plus documentation of exactly what we configured.
You keep full ownership. Your keys, your funds and the bot stay yours, on infrastructure and exchange accounts you control. We never take custody of your assets, and you can revoke our access at any time.

Frequently asked questions
Do you guarantee profits?
No, clearly and unambiguously, no. We install, secure and configure the bot to your chosen strategy. Whether that strategy makes or loses money depends on the market and your parameters. Anyone promising guaranteed crypto returns is not being honest with you.
Which exchanges do you support?
Hummingbot connects to many major centralized exchanges (for example Binance, Kraken, KuCoin, OKX, Gate) and to decentralized exchanges via Hummingbot Gateway. Tell us which venues you use and we'll confirm compatibility before we start; support ultimately follows whatever Hummingbot itself supports.
Do you hold my keys or my funds?
No. Your API keys live in your own deployment, your funds stay in your own exchange accounts and wallets, and the bot runs on infrastructure you own. We configure everything with least-privilege keys, and you can revoke our access whenever you like.
How long does setup take?
A typical setup is delivered in a few working days once we have access and your strategy choices, similar to our self-hosted install turnaround. More exchanges or more complex strategies can extend that; we agree the timeline in the quote before starting.
Can you tune the strategies?
Yes. We configure your initial strategies and parameters, and optional monitoring includes periodic tuning sessions. We can't guarantee any particular parameter set is profitable: tuning is about matching the bot to your goals and risk tolerance, not promising returns.
Is Hummingbot free?
Yes. Hummingbot is open-source and free to use. You're paying us for the setup, hardening and operation, not for the software. We're independent specialists and are not affiliated with the Hummingbot Foundation.
What do I need to provide?
A server (or we can advise on one), accounts on the exchanges you want to trade, and the strategy you'd like to run. We handle the deployment, security, connections and configuration from there.
