PicoClaw: 10 MB of RAM, 16+ channels, zero cloud
PicoClaw is the ultra-light AI assistant built by Sipeed in Go: a single ~15 MB binary, under 10 MB of RAM, under one second to boot, and zero external dependencies.
Native MCP support connects any MCP server to it, a vision pipeline handles images and files, and rule-based model routing sends simple queries to lightweight models so your API bill stays small. We install it, harden it, and hand it over.
Concrete Use Cases
Sovereign home automation
Sipeed's own reference deployment: a $9.90 LicheeRV-Nano (Ethernet or WiFi 6) running a minimal home assistant. You define the skills; it takes the messages and drives your Home Assistant setup.
Automated server operations
On a $30-50 NanoKVM (or the Pro), the agent sits beside the machine it watches: it answers questions about the box in natural language and runs the operations you scripted, out-of-band from the OS it manages.
Smart camera & surveillance
On a $50 MaixCAM (or MaixCAM2), PicoClaw's vision pipeline sends frames straight to a multimodal model, so the camera answers questions instead of just recording. Alerting logic on top is skill work we scope with you.
Autonomous objects
Turn an IoT object into an autonomous agent. Doorbell, lock, environmental sensor: each with its own personality, its own memory, and a feed back to the central OpenClaw.
Validated Platforms
A single Go binary covers all these platforms. No toolchain to configure, no dependencies to compile.
