What it costs to run an agent yourself

Common questions
How is the annual price calculated?
Twelve months at the monthly price, minus 20%, rounded to the dollar. You pay once a year and can cancel the renewal at any time.
What is included in the price?
The installation, the hardening, the configuration of your channels and tools, updates and, on managed plans, the server, backups and monitoring. Model usage is not included: you pay your model provider directly.
Who pays for model usage?
You do, to the provider you choose, at their price. We set a spending cap with you at setup. We never resell model credits.
Can I change size later?
Yes. Write to us and we switch your plan; Stripe prorates the difference on your next invoice.
Which currency do I pay in?
Prices are set in US dollars. Stripe can show and charge your local currency at checkout, using its own exchange rate.
Are taxes included?
Taxes, where they apply, are calculated by Stripe at checkout from your billing address and shown before you pay.
What does the 14-day guarantee cover?
The installation in every size and the first month of a managed plan. Maintenance and skills are not covered. Write to us within 14 days and we refund it.
Do you have discounts?
Annual billing on managed plans is the only standing discount. We do not run countdowns or lifetime deals.
